Terms of Service

WeddingHosts is a directory and planning-tool platform. We connect couples with independent third-party vendors — we are not a party to any contract between a couple and a vendor, and we don't guarantee vendor availability, pricing accuracy, or service quality.

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their own listing content. We reserve the right to remove listings that are inaccurate, fraudulent, or violate these terms.

Planning tools (budget calculator, vow generator, etc.) produce estimates and drafts for informational purposes only — verify figures and personalize any generated text before relying on it.

On free accounts, wedding websites, RSVP pages, and planning data are removed two weeks after the wedding date. On Premium and Gold accounts, they remain available for six months after the wedding date. After the applicable retention period, we may remove or archive the wedding and associated data. Export anything you want to keep before your window ends.
